Rakovník's Manon Meurt have been on the scene since 2012, successfully performing not only on domestic stages, but also abroad at the prestigious Eurosonic Noorderslag shows in Holland, Ment Ljubljana in Slovenia, Reeperbahn in Hamburg and Waves Vienna in Austria. They have toured in Slovakia, France, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine and the UK. The current line-up includes, besides singer, guitarist and bassist Katerina Elznicová and keyboardist David Tichy, also drummer Jiri Bendl and guitarist Kryštof Korčák.
Their first untitled eponymous six-track EP was released in 2014. 2018 saw the release of their first full-length studio album MMXVIII, with Jan P. Muchow as the band's mentor and producer. MMXVIII brought musical maturation and finding a balance between fragility, quiet to intimate sections and dynamic leaps into noise passages, the album received nominations for the Czech Music Critics Apollo Award 2018 and the Anděl Award in the Alternative and Electronica category 2018.
On April 26, 2024, the band released their new album Unravel, on which they joined forces with a strong producer. The album was produced by British musician and producer Eddie Stevens, known for his collaborations with Moloko, Róisín Murphy and Jana Kirschner.
