AXONTORR is a collaborative art project by Oliver Torr and Axonbody. Through working together in many different artistic endeavours, research and cross sections of their combined aesthetics over the last few years, Axontorr is a project that defines and solidifies their combined approaches.
The AXONTORR A/V is composed of a series of audiovisual experiences and performative elements, while using self made musical instruments, both improvised and structured moments, song like structures and noisy sound design destruction. Through intensive collaborative research, Axonbody and Oliver Torr keep implementing new techniques, experiments and compositions into their live act - presenting a strobe like cross section of their collaborative and individual work that reflects not only specific moments of their shared visions, but years of obsessive experimentation with software, hardware, instrument and sound design. The project was commissioned by & premiered at Lunchmeat Festival 2023 in Prague
